Nublu Media is a photography and videography studio led by Yilmaz Jon. I designed the Nublu Media logo to use for digital and print applications. I also designed business cards for print. 

It was important to Yilmaz to incorporate a specific light blue color in the brand palette. The light blue gives a sense of trust, reliability, and a sense of calm, which are characteristics that we sought to convey for Nublu Media. 

I gathered inspiration from shapes that come to mind when thinking of framing a shot and incorporated triangular shapes on the 4 corners of a frame housing the typography for the logomark and the spelled-out wordmark. I created a logomark that combines the N and B in Nublu to create the logomark. 

For the wordmark portion of the logo, I used the blue color to highlight “blu” and break up the two separate words. The typography I chose is a condensed sans-serif that ties in well with the geometric qualities of the four corner shapes.
